Tokyoto does not exist
Tokyoto is everywhere

These photographs were taken on a trip to Japan in the Fall of 2008.
While visiting both Tokyo and Kyoto, I found the dichotomy of these cities unsettling because of their deeper relationship. These images attempt to illustrate how they both oppose and coexist with one another.
